This was quite good and easy to make. I was a little surprised with my first bite as it was sweeter than I thought it would be. It's quite pricey , but it'd be nice to have a round in a pinch to make if company showed up.

This past weekend was our Celtic Fest. I usually make some kind of special food for our friends participating and working. This year was colcannon and the beer bread. Both were a huge hit! Many asked me what the name of the mix was so they can buy it to make at home. Very simple to make. I got creative and used melted strawberry butter on a loaf. It caramelized and gave a slight crunch of strawberry flavor on top. Don’t need jam!
