I don’t usually write reviews but I know I’m not the only one exhausted with the extra pounds and trying to find something that actually works! Suppresses your appetite, and when you attempt to eat! You’re full quickly. Quality is great! Effectiveness superb! No real side affects besides fully full quickly. Took away the urge for “something sweet”. I didn’t follow the instructions. I take one first thing in the morning. I’ve only been taking two days, so haven’t weighed myself. I’ll update in a week. Also took away from me being able to consume alcohol! I can have a sip and be done.
