This works I tried a few other brands and felt nothing. I think that this product is a great supply for the price as its over a 30 day supply, what i dont like however is the extra fillers in the product as i like to take capsules that only contain the ingredient and nothing extra, i also would like to know where they source their trans resveratrol from as from grapes or japanense knotweed or what
