This is a good medium size piping bag. I've shown it next to the large bags I like and get at the local cake decorating store. I think it will work well when I don't have as much frosting to use and should be a little easier to control. It is not as thick as the ones from the cake store, but I have also seen much thinner ones. As long as this is not over filled or the frosting is not too stiff it should be fine and there should be no worries of the seams breaking open. It will.be nice to have a quantity of these in hand and not have to go to the cake/ baking store for them. I also bought the 12" bags which they also call thickened plastic. I frequently use, so I'm happy to have things on hand now.

Great value for the price. You get 100 bags for under$10 and the quality is very good. I will use one with a collar and tip and have colored frosting in another bag, that way you can slide new colors in and out of your main piping bag with no need to clean up first. They are thick and don't easily rip even on the edges of the collar. The size is very good for doing flowers and writing. Would definitely purchase again.

The very first bag I pulled out and filled burst almost immediately after I started squeezing. It burst at the seem at the top. I used two more with no problem but there was waste with the 1st bag as it can’t all be squeezed out. I really do like the 16 inch bags as it gives you more space to twist and at the same time, not have to refill as often.

I love decorating cookies, but the cleanup is the worst. These disposable bags will keep me from spending too much time on cleaning up. First, these bags are large so I am not constantly refilling them which can make a mess. Most importantly, these bags are disposable. I can cut my tips out of the bottom of the bag, freeze leftover icing (if saving), and then dispose of the bags. It is really difficult to clean reusable pastry bags as they get so greasy from the icing. And the price for 100 bags is unbeatable.

I appreciate having bags that are made for piping. These are easy to use and they are strong enough to hold up even with thicker ingredients. Easy to adjust the size of the bead as well. At a dime per bag, the price is very reasonable. Good thing to have on hand in the kitchen.

I ordered these for piping specialty pastries and am very happy with the quality of the bags. These are definitely thicker than standard frosting bags and longer too, measuring about 16" in length. I tested these with a batch of choux pastries and had no problems with the sides bursting. A good product at a great value, I recommend.
