Sebago Endeavor Waterproof Boat Shoes - Leather Moccasins for Men Featuring Leather Sock Lining, 360-Degree Lacing, and Non-Marking, Slip-Resistant Outsoles

I got a clue about this shoe from a negative review of another product. Based upon advice from the Sebago home page, I ordered a pair a half size smaller than my usual. Sebago claims that their shoe will quickly adapt to your foot and be very comfy from there on in. They were correct on both counts. The size is perfect, and after 2 days of wearing them. they felt completely broken in and very comfortable. I have blue and black dock shoes from other brands, but they are nowhere near as comfortable. I am extremely please with this purchase.

The leather felt like a vinyl or plastic. Was not the supple pliable leather that I remember 35 years ago.

So what am I supposed to do with a pair of shoes that don't fit. I've been wearing this size of this shoe for decades. We used to call them Docksiders. Please help, I just ordered a new size which I hope will fit.
