Been taking Lactozyme for years. My homeopathic doctor recommended it. Keeps my system in check. Would definitely recommend it

I would avoid this product if you are looking specifically for DDS-1. I bought this product from the Biotics Research store through Amazon specifically because this product is supposed to contain the DDS-1 strain of Lactobacillus Acidophilus. However, the product I received does not list DDS-1 as the specific strain in the product. The pictures of the product on Amazon show DDS-1 still listed. I am in the process of contacting Biotics Research directly to ask what strain is actually in the product.

I'm amazed by how well these works. Taking one a day first thing in the morning and I can drink milk or eat dairy freely with very little effects. At the very, very worst I get a little bit gassy on occasion. But that's a huge improvement from getting the runs!

This was recommended to my Mom by a family relative who is a Chiropractor/Applied Kinesiologist and is very knowledgable about nutrition as well. She started taking it for active, chronic candida and along with changing her diet it helped her immensely! My husband and I started taking Lactozyme a couple of months ago after seeing my Mom's results. We have challenges with gluten intolerance, food sensitivities, and Multiple Sclerosis and we knew we needed a good probiotic to help in our daily challenges with our health. We really believe this is helping our bodies fight and heal. We take 3 tablets a day, but you can start with 6/day (2 at each meal) if you have more chronic issues and then taper off as you feel necessary.

Came late and expires a month from now. I am sick and was relying on this to help me function again. Slipshod company. Maybe going out of business and trying to unload junk they know is no good. So much for the small "family business" integrity they advertise.UPDATE: THERE'S NO RETURN OR REFUND ON THIS ITEM. I never saw mention of this on the site. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We think we had COVID in March run through our house. My youngest child (4) never digestively recovered. Lactose was definitely a trigger. I sprinkled a capsule of this in her morning oatmeal/cereal. Maybe she just needed the months to recover, but after using this for about a month she’s fine (no longer takes). I’m not a dr., and I don’t know if this was the reason, but it was $ well spent to me.
