I have used this product when my Aunt recommended because I had hot flashes early in my early 40’s. Since I took these they completely stopped. I recommended to many friends and they all thanked me. It also helped with anxiety which triggered my hot flashes. Its been 6 years now and not one hot flash and I only take them the week before my cycle now. I also take Dr Lessman’s Healthy legs for vein circulation. These really help with my varicose veins, tired legs and swelling.

Since I have been taking this supplement (for 3 months), my night sweat are almost nonexistent and hot flashes are few and far between! These are very well worth the money! I have subscribed and you will too after giving this a try.

I was really hoping these vitamins would work out. I like the idea of finding one vitamin that covers all the different supplements, so I'm not taking a dozen pills at a time. However, it is extremely hard to get past the smell of these. I literally smells like something crawled in the bottle and died. I have to take them right before going to sleep because I get extremely nauseated within half an hour of taking them. Definitely not worth the price! I have not seen any benefit over the basic women's multivitamins I was talking before.

One a day keeps me feeling "normal", enough to make it worth the cost for me. I am 46 years old and have been taking one a day for the last 3 years. I do feel it helps to keep my hormones in better balance...only speaking for myself since results can vary for different people.

These vitamins work for hot flashes & the other things that come with menopause. Thank you Andrew for such a great product.

I am a big fan of Andrew Lessman’s vitamins but this bottle had an awful odor to it when I unsealed it. I could smell it even after I swallowed the capsule. Did you change the formula? I can’t stomach these capsules.

The bottle was not wrapped in plastic nor did it have a safety seal that you peal off the opening of the bottle. I can't trust that the pills were not tampered with. They had been opened by so robe else already.
