Does this package have the bait drop equipment with it? All I need to drop bait is in the kit and no need to purchase anything else.

Yes it has bait release. It’s a basic systems but very good.

What all comes with the basic package?

Drone,1 battery, controller, bait drop attachment, instructions, controller cover, charger, 4 props, controller lanyard. I think that’s it.

If I accidentally drop it in the water, will the drone be able to return itself home?

If it lands in the water or crashes in the water and does not obtain damage it does have a self right function you can use. You will then need to take off from the water (after self righting the drone) then activate the return to home function. Hope this helps.

Can you use your cellphone instead of goggles with fishing drone ?

No, the phone does not have the corresponding app
