The daily dose is 2 capsules, so this bottle of 120 caps is a two-month supply. These capsules have no odor or aftertaste and, despite being large-ish, they're easily swallowed. They're made with all natural ingredients - saw palmetto extract, stinging nettle extract, and pumpkin seed extract, all well documented to be effective. They're made in a GMP certified facility and 3rd-party lab tested.This may be my go-to for some time.
