Q: Does it need to be stored in the refrigerator?

Thank you for asking :) It does not need to be stored in a refrigerator, but as long as it is safe for you and your other family members to do so, storing the glues in a refrigerator or freezer (it doesn't freeze!) before and after use will maximize the glue's shelf life up to 2-3 times as long.

Q: Will this product hurt the apex coating of infloor heat tubing in concrete?

I doubt it...but this is not a product designed for something like that. I'd suggest you see if you can contact the manufacturer for a compatible adhesive.

Q: Does this have good impact resistance like Loctite Black Max 380?

I have never used the lox tire black max, but I would think yes it worked well for me and appears to be hard and somewhat flexible
