Terrible quality
The leggings were shipped to my daughter's house for my granddaughter. The hems were just cut, not finished off! The lace was tacked on in two places, not sewn on! TERRIBLE QUALITY! I would never recommend that anyone buy them!

Not bad!
They fit great, but they are really thin. My daughter wore these tights with a tutu for her birthday party. She is in the 97th percentile for height, and they ended right above her socks. She normally wears a 3t.
