These ear pads are totally perfect for the MSR7b. They are nice and soft - quite comfortable, in fact easily just as comfortable (if not *more* comfortable) than the stock pads. They were incredibly easy to install and they stay in place perfectly. They include a little tool to help putting the pads on but it wasn't necessary for me, they were very very easy to put on. They are extremely nice considering the asking price. Definitely worth it.

I wear 3m Worktunes all day, everyday. I go through replacement ear pads frequently. These are great. I mean, you can see... these have had daily use for almost 8 months... and, the brown (paint? dye?) color is starting to wear through to the black color underneath. And, I don't know what percentage of animal you need to incorporate these days in order to call something "genuine leather", but, for the money, these are absolutely a super comfortable and not bad looking replacement for the OEM pads. I would heartily recommend and should prob buy some more before they go away.

Premium lambskin leather just as described, easy to install and comfortable on the ears so glad that these are made available for the audio file enthusiast enjoying these!

The genuine leather ear pads feel very nice. The pair was not cheap but good value for the money, IMHO. Installation was not a two or five minute job but that's on me.

Been using these for a few years now and I absolutely love them. I've got big ears and do livestreaming often for 5-8 hour sessions, and never have issues with sweat, fatigue or heat with these earpads. No issues with sound isolation; the audio quality is the same as using AudioTechnica's OEM pads.Installation was a breeze, didn't require any detailed instructions. If you live in a hot/humid climate and suffer from sweaty ears, these are a lifesaver.Wish these were available for my Sennheiser HD58x and Momentum 4 headphones too!!

not like the original.sound ok. it sounds better than the fake replacements i had and sure 840. if quality of sound matter, these are the best replacements i foundnot breathablehard to put onnot softpricy

I bought the brown lambskin replacement pads. They set the headphones slightly further off of my ears and provide a very comfortable and very open-sounding sound stage. Installation was mildly challenging but once you figure it out it’s a breeze. I absolutely recommend purchasing these versus living for several years with the original pads as they crumble and leave black dandruff around your ears!
