Suggested Use: Use this product only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop of Juiced with 6 oz. of cold water. Drink 15-30 minutes prior to your workout. During training, always ensure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. To prevent sleep disorders, do not take within four hours of sleep. Do not use this product within 6 hours of using other sources of caffeine or other products containing stimulants. Do not exceed one (1) scoop in any 24-hour period.
