Best Cellular Trail Cam for the Money!
I bought this camera to replace an ailing Spypoint Link-Evo. It came with an AT&T SIM card and easy to follow instructions. Setup is more complicated than the Spypoint. You have to download the free app on the phone and go on the AT&T website to activate the SIM card and select a data plan. I got the 1GB plan for $15 a month. After that you have to run the "Cellular Setup Wizard" on the camera where you enter the user name and password you set up on the Stealth Cam app so it will connect to your phone. It took me an hour to get through all the steps before I could set the camera up in the back yard for the dog test. This camera caught video of my fast moving dogs and sent it instantly to my phone. That's right, this camera sends pics AND video. All and all this camera is much more solid than the Spypoint and it does a lot more things for about the same price. Also I like how you can change camera settings from the phone and on the camera itself. This is going to be my go-to cell camera from here on out.

DO NOT BUY THIS TRAIL CAM OR ANY OTHER STEALTH TRAIL CAM
This is the third Stealth trail cam that I purchased in the last 5 years. I haven't tried on in the last four. The previous two didn't last even a year even after the company replaced it. I tried multiple trail cams in 2017 that had the cellular ability to send you the pictures remote. The pics and video on the Boly MG983G 30MP 3G Wireless Trail Camera were great but good luck ever trying to get the 3g cellular setup so that it worked properly. The Stealth Cam AT&T Wireless STC-GXATW Trail Cam setup like a dream but the camera is still complete crap. The video is incredibly distorted in daylight & IR mode. I bought two of these units & they both setup flawlessly on the AT&T sim card that's included, but what good is that if the camera is sub par. The Stealth app is a great app & has great features of controlling your camera setting remotely, but the camera is still a piece of crap. You can buy a off brand 4k go pro for under $100 bucks that takes spectacular video & still shots but Stealth can't seem to figure out how to build a quality camera. I even called Stealth and tried to see if they had any solutions, and they didn't since I had purchased two of the cameras from different venders through Amazon & they both were horrible cameras. That's another thing I WILL NOT buy another item from a third party venders on Amazon. Both of them would not take returns & if one them did they charged a 50% restocking fee for a defective item. Unless it says fulfilled & shipped by Amazon DO NOT BUY IT. Fortunately when I called Amazon's 800 number they took care of it, but they should still make it perfectly clear that the Amazon approved vender will not take returns.

Love this camera so far!
I recently had a break in at my cabin in Central Missouri. My outdoor trail cameras did a great job with the pictures of the intruders but I wanted a camera for inside the cabin that could send me the pictures if anyone breaks in again (I live about 2 1/2 hours away). I purchased this Stealth Cam and installed it inside my cabin up above one of the lofts aimed at the door. The setup was pretty easy and the service plan was very reasonable (I opted for the $8 a month plan). I originally had it set to send me pictures every hour but noticed it was a big draw on the batteries so I re-adjusted it to send the pictures twice a day. I love this camera and will probably purchase another one very soon.

Price drop - improvements
Solid camera for the price, pictures are quality even in lower resolution as they upload to help save data and battery power. This used to be a $250 camera but it looks like Stealth has dropped to sub $200 now, most wireless prices are coming down. App is really nice, very reliable. I have a couple of the older version wireless cameras from Stealth form the beginning and the app went through some phases of updating, but I think they finally have it to where they want it and it's been great for me. For under $200 now there is no wireless that can compete, there is one but it's pretty junky from what I hear, i have not used it myself. Also - Its important to note that a couple other camera companies try and get sneaky with their data plans and hidden costs, everything is up front with Stealth Cam, no games played. Have been very happy with mine, may even get another one here yet this year.

$20mo from Verizon and more $ for SaaS offering
I bought this camera to see if I have hunters on my vacant property which has no wifi, etc.Turns out these camera's are so chatty that Verizon bumped up the price from $5/mo to $20/mo. I suggest Stealth Cam work with Verizon to get the price back to $ because otherwise this is NOT WORTH IT!Plus to use the service Stealth Cam has different plans based on usage. Other trail cams have a free plan for the first 15 photos, etc.. This way you can test it out, get it working, and size based on usage.I'm an IT professional by trade. This unit was a bit difficult to setup for me. I still don't have it fully working. I'm gonna try to get my $ back from Amazon, etc.

Great Trail Camera!
I purchased this camera about a month ago and have been very pleased with the results. The data service works very well and battery life lasts a long time using the lithium batteries. I highly recommend giving this camera a try

Works w/ carriers other than AT&T!
I bought this wondering if it would work with non-AT&T SIM cards. It does! My Project Fi data SIM connected without any setup. (Fi works off the T-Mobile network.) This is great because they don't charge you a monthly fee and their per MB rate is like 1/10th of what's offered here.I give it 3 stars only because there's no option to upload higher than 720p versions of the photos. And the video mode is virtually useless locked to 132p (!!!) if the cellular modem is on at all. (That's not just a preview. You can't even record higher to the SD card.) What a shame. Stealth Cam, if you see this, those are stupid restrictions. Fix your configs.

Cellular GXATW cam
This is one of the cheapest cell cams out there. The setup had quite a few steps about an hour to do. The camera stopped recording in 720 and only in 360, so blurry can’t see. Stealth customer service was helpful offered to resolve the issue going to return and get the kuool
