The material is stiff and not super comfortable. There seems to be different kinds of memory foam. This one might be better suited for cushions and mattresses. The covering is soft but the draw strings rip off easily. The pillow does seem to help my neck but the producers of this product need to do a little refining and it might make a really good product.

This pillow is so firm! Absolutely no softness. It will keep your head in one position, uncomfortably. I tried to use it 4 different times while on a week long bus tour.

Like the material, it feels very soft, however, it feels somewhat tight around the neck so I often pull it open.

Dense, cumbersome and nearly unpackable ....we ordered 2 they are heavy .... zip off cover is worthless no way you can stuff that back in there ! Needs to be more like a stand up collar and less like a wide low oxen yoke, invest your money in a more ergonomic, pack able version with less girth and more height

This is VERY hard.. it wasn’t comfortable at all. We threw them away after our trip.

Rock hard, use a piece of PVC pipe instead.

Because it was so hard i never used it as a pillow but instead, used it as an armrest on a long flight. I like that you can was the cover but it was not a comfortable trade pillow.
