This is the only brush my tender headed daughter will let me use on her. In fact we purchased a backup so we wouldn’t always be looking for it. I don’t know if it’s because it’s “cute” that it has some sort of magical power but she actually lets me use this when she refuses every single other brush we own. Whatever it is, thank god!

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter used to whine and cry every time I tried to brush her hair. She’s tended headed and always hated a hairbrush! This brush is cute and fun and really does make the experience better for her. I will say that the brush isn’t as good at getting through the tangles as some of my others that are actually designed for detangling BUT it’s worth it to me to use this one even if it takes a little longer because at least my daughter isn’t fighting me anymore! She even likes to brush her hair all by herself now which is a huge milestone! If you have a kiddo who doesn’t like their hair being brushed, then you might consider giving this a try! It really helped with my situation!

My 2 year old daughter has very curly hair. It is a constant battle to brush it, since it becomes tangly and hard to brush through.So I bought this adorable unicorn tangle brush, thinking if anything she would be more willing to let me brush her hair because it’s a cute unicorn, even if it was still hard to detangle her hair with this.I’m very happy with this brush, not only does it detangle her hair very well, but it doesn’t pull or yank on her hair or hurt her scalp.This has been a life saver in the daily battle to brush my daughter’s curly hair.She doesn’t even realize I’m brushing her hair, it’s that gentle yet effective!It’s easy to clean the brush and pop the little base out of the unicorn to wash it.So happy I found this brush!This is a great brush for little kids and a lifesaver for parents of kids with hard to brush hair.

It becomes WW4 in our house when the thought of using a brush is heard by my almost 4 year-old child. She cries and even apologizes as she thinks that brushing her hair is a punishment.We were exhausted in trying to figure out what to do. Our Aunt, who has a daughter just a little older than our little one suggested this brush. So with nothing to loose we purchased it.Our daughter will at least allow us to brush her hair. She cried a little but sat there (and would just tell me slow)She even has started to use it herself now. Big change from running and screaming to allowing us to brush her hair.I would say this is the best thing since sliced bread!

I was so sick of the hair wars that were occurring every morning. My daughter was so excited about he unicorn brush that she is much more willing to work with me to get her hair brushed each morning. I wish it got through a bit more hair, but it is the right size for my 4 year old's hand, so I'll take it. Love that the plush is removable too.

I was really skeptical about a unicorn brush that claims to detangle hair, but I decided to buy this and I'm so glad I did! I have a toddler that just HATES when I comb her hair. It probably doesn't help that I'm a single dad with zero experience in caring for female hair. Prior to this brush, my daughter would cry and scream every time I combed her hair. Since I bought this, things have been so much better!! It seriously works just as advertised! It detangles both wet and dry hair, but I would still recommend applying at least a little water on her hair before you start.Pros: Works great, just as advertised.Cons: A bit small for an adult's hand (especially a male).Overall: I most definitely recommend this brush. It's worth every penny.

My niece never liked getting her brushed nor herself brushing her hair because of the tangles I saw this on shark tank I bought it for her and now she brushes her own her and really likes it because it has a plush toy and it helps her with the tangles so much! I also bought one for my daughter! Winning!!

Our daughter is four and I wanted her to start brushing her own hair. Until know she Hs been using my brush and its been a struggle with her going to my room to get my brush and then put it back so this seemed like a great solution. First I’ll say she loves her unicorn brush. The plush toy part is soft and fits in her hand well. Also it does seem to go through her hair easier. My biggest reason for knocking this down to three stars is that I do not feel that the bristles are long enough. We have found that Welshmen she uses it the top layer of her hair is brushed but the under layer is still left h brushed. It seems to be this way even when I use it to brush. I always have to turn the brush over and then brush from the underside up to get all the hair brushed. Since she is four and just learning to brush her own hair it’s not really conducive to the purpose for buying it. Her hair really isn’t that thick so I feel like improvements to the product could be made.
