Monster (at least all of the flavors that I have tried) are carbonated and basically similar to soda. This is not carbonated and is much more like drinking juice. I find the Strawberry Banana OK tasting. Doesn't really taste like Strawberry or Banana, but also doesn't taste like vegetable juice either. I strongly prefer a soda energy drink, I just tried this because it was juice - but a closer examination shows that it is only 50% juice, so not as healthy as one might think. I don't see where it lists the exact amount. The label shows 20% B12 and 20% B6. It doesn't give you the jitters like a one hour energy shot. I just don't feel sleepy after drinking. I love these drinks. I've become somewhat of an addict because I'm always tired. I usually drink one can in the morning and another can in the afternoon."}}]}]}
