Q: What kind of oil is used?

You know I thought it was olive oil so I went out to pull one my shelf and take a look but the ingredients are cider vinegar, canola oil, cane sugar fresh garlic cloves, salt, spices and xanthan. Wish they had made it with olive oil. If you’re interested in the carbs it has 3 g of carbs and they are made up of 3 g of sugar. There are 55 cal per container and 25 servings per bottle.

Q: Absolutely love this dressing! i stock up & tell all friends! but, why why why ??? all of a sudden, today, only plastic bottles, not glass anymore?!

If you go onto their website they explain why they had to transition to plastic bottles. Unfortunately it was either change to plastic or shutdown

Q: Bummer it has sugar in it!!! Why?

According to the nutrition facts, it contains 2 grams of sugar, which is relatively low for dressing.

Q: What's the saturated fats content on the bottle?

There is no saturated fat on the bottle. Whatever saturated fat there may be is in the bottle. However, the label indicates that the product contains no saturated fat, so in any case you should be okay.
