Chew slowly after brushing.大人は、1日１回もしくは２回、1錠。子供（4歳以上）は1日1回1錠。歯磨き後に、ゆっくり噛んでください。(個人的にはたぶん、トローチみたく舐め溶かしてもいいと思います)日本人のデンタルケアは本当に後進的で、多くの歯科医は、虫歯を削って、あとは定期的に歯石除去をするだけです。歯周病の原因は真菌のバランス、口腔フローラの悪化が原因だそうです。この製品は、口腔フローラのバランスを保ち、悪玉菌の増殖を抑える感じの商品のようです。この製品のレビューには、日本人のコメントは一切なく、評価もありませんが、そのレビューの高さが物語っているでしょう。世界中の人が認め、多くの人間がこの錠剤に救われているようです（レビューを見れば分かります）。追記)本日、口腔内細菌の検査をしたところ（飲用し始めてから3週間後）、かなり良い結果が得られました。自分でも、電子顕微鏡の映像を確認しましたが、見違えるように悪玉菌の減少が見られました。これを続けようと思います。
