What can I sweeten Gymnema Tea with?

I don't think you should sweeten Gymnema Tea. As a mater of fact, you don't sweeten any Chinese tea, if you prefer to have it the Chinese way. The reason I continuously drinking Gymnema Tea is for my diabetes, which is on the low side at about 130 to 135. After I start drinking two cups of Gymnema Tea a day, the reading dropped to around 120. This is pre-diabetes condition and no medication is needed whatsoever! Gymnema Tea with no sweetener taste just great for me. In addition to the two cups of Gymnema Tea a day, I drink regular Chinese green tea (imported from China) as well. I don't drink water at all. Sweetener wouldn't make Gymnema Tea any better. If you're sick about its taste, stick on your doctor's diabetes medication!

Where does the tea come from?

I think it is ok, tea comes from China, things come from China are not really true what it said.

Are the tea bags bleach free?

I do not know if tea bags are bleach free...but most of the bags leak tea leaves ....leaves not securely sealed...tea leaves escape and float in water....tea tasty....but disappointed in quality...
