Hello, what are the differences between the rp-600m and the rp-160m? thanks

The rp-600m is the updated version of the rp-160m, they spec out nearly the same. I bought the 160's and am very happy with the sound they procuce

Is anyone that owns these running them bi-amped?... Can you really tell a difference in sound (and can u describe said difference) if so??

I bi-amped and thought they sounded great. But the next day not so much. So I reverted back and that's how I have them. The speakers sound phenomenal and are the best I've heard along with the Studio 530s which I also own. As for bi-amping not something I would be inclined to do again but ymmv. Good luck.

Does this come with the full manufacturers (Klipsch) warranty?

Yes it does...Just great speakers....my wife is deaf in one ear and she could tell the hugh difference between theses and the polk rtia3's that It replaced. Two other members of my family were blown away...

Is it possible to mount these on the wall?

Get creative and place them on shelves attached the wall which is what I did instead of attaching these directly to the wall.
