I love they're organic and the golden is mild flavor

I like to grind flax seed and add it to oatmeal, yogurt, etc. This brand is excellent!!! Very fresh! The fact that it is organic is a definite plus. I will definitely buy again!

After using pre ground flax seeds and then needing to be refrigerated so the oils didn’t go rank, I decided to buy whole seeds and grind them myself hoping my Blendtec would give me a good powder texture. It worked flawlessly and very quickly and the texture and flavor was expected. (It’s flax- not sushi) super easy to grind. I love the tan color. Will buy again!

Taste is great

I'm always concerned about getting rancid flax seeds since they have a short shelf life due to the oil content. This is why you always want to store your flax seeds in the refrigerator and not get too much at one time. I was very happy that Now Foods Certified Organic Golden Flax Seeds arrived fresh and free of debris. The seeds are very tasty with a nice nutty flavor. I like to grind up a small batch every week to add to my oatmeal and smoothies. Sometimes I roast the seeds to chew on as a snack. Good price and product so I'll be back for more.
