Perfect for hard reacues or USCG hoists.
I use this when I need life patients off of rigs or boats. It's comfortable and fast ingress and egress. I can spend all day wearing it. In confined spaces like the hyperbaric chamber or in the holds of boats I can be lowered down in just about any position.
