I love being able to roll out my cookie dough so that all cookies are the same thickness.

This is such an easy tool to use and the results are so consistent when it comes to thickness. Consistency leads to good looking food and it's hard to screw that up with this tool. A+

This rolling pin is quite sturdy feeling and the included depth guides are very easy to use. They simply attach with a threaded hand screw allowing you to roll out a perfect thickness every time. I was never very good at rolling out dough, especially thin dough for pies, to the correct thickness, but this helps a lot.My only gripe is the diameter of the pin itself, which is a bit small. Much like a small-wheeled pizza cutter, the smaller size makes it more difficult to roll over thick dough areas. It can be done with a little help from your hands, but I've noticed a difference in the way this smaller-diameter roller pushes across the dough compared to my older and larger pin. What I've been doing is using the larger pin to get dough mostly flattened then coming back in with this guy to get a precision-thickness.

Wish i had one of these years ago. The removable disks makes adjusting the thickness of the dough so easy. Takes the guess work out. Super convenient. The stainless steel roller also cleans up easily. Rolls best on some sort of pastry mat. The plastic disks tend to slide on hard surfaces. Its indexed in inches and mm but the font is too light on the steel to easily see.

Twist-on and twist-off ends (kinda look and feel like a toddler "nuts and bolts" toy but is perfect and works very well for its purpose) allow for simple and easy usage. The posting does a good job of describing item; including the ring sizes available for varying your depth of your baked goods - or whatever else you can think of. The rolling pin portion (stainless steel) is just over 13", which allows for a good-sized area to work within and includes measuring guides as shown. Feels lightweight in the hand and is solid and sturdy.

I have always wanted one of these rolling pins. I have two reasons why I would use it a lot. One is to roll out pizza dough, the other is when making biscuits so they all come out the same size. This was a good deal so I finally had to get it and I am happy with it.

I go these rollers with intensions to make cape pops. The different levels helped me fine the perfect thickness. Since it is adjustable it gives more options for other baking items I might make in the future. Easy to use and clean. Simple and just ask pictured.

I had a wooden rolling pin that I wanted to replace because I never thought I was cleaning it properly. This rolling pin is such a clever invention since it's stainless steel and has the adjustable thickness rings. The only issue I've found is the quality on one side. There appears to be an opening by the edge, like it needs to be pushed down. Even though it says I can clean under water, I'm skeptical. I'll have to wash it carefully by hand and hopefully it doesn't affect its condition.
