Family Interaction, Educational, Fun.
We ordered this kit for a 4-year-old girl who likes to think she’s on a construction site with the Paw Patrol character Rubble! She loves building things, so this set has gone a long way in encouraging her to continue her passion, being brilliant for interactive creativity.Kids will love the simplicity of assembling cardboard box models, whether that be a castle, a fort, garage, farm or whatever a young imagination contrives. But what makes this magical is children learn to build in an educational way yet have fun at the same time. The numerous screws and nuts etc. make putting together several boxes relatively easy. All the included tools are specifically designed to enable you to get the exact finish you require. Apart from one of the saws, which is clearly indicated as being a ‘Parent Cutter’ and therefore sharper than the others, the tools are safe enough for youngsters to handle, so long as there is always adult supervision. All in all, a great kit giving children the opportunity of experiencing hands-on lifelike building stuff but much, much safer...and more fun!

Exceeded expectations!
My daughter loves making stuff out of old cardboard boxes, but a challenge is always being able to cut and fold neatly.Luckily this is something that this set does very well. I was initially sceptical that the pizza cutter style wheel would create neat folds - but it did very well. I would say that it works best on corrugated cardboard - like Amazon boxes as opposed to thinner cardboard like cereal boxes. The cutters work great to .... they cut like a saw - but are safe for children to use as they won't accidentally cut you. I suspect if you tried you could make them cut your skin but I don't think it will in an accident. The pointed tool worked well for piercing the cardboard so that we could use the supplied fittings (100s are supplied)Overall this set works very well and if you have children that like to craft with cardboard then I would highly recommend this set

A great 'kit', although more so a tool kit
This is such a great kit and something I would have never had thought was available!Rather than it being a kit, it has the tools and connectors to be able to build and construct creations from cardboard! I have yet to use it with my nephew but as someone who is into forts and cars etc, I can’t wait to help him construct some creations! The tools definitely still require adult supervision as they can be sharp, and the connectors could use a pot of their own to keep them from straying (especially if toddlers and babies are around) but these are easy fixes. Can’t wait to build!

Brilliant!
I have been looking at this sort of set for a long time, usually when we've been doing DT in the school I work in and I've just been reminded again how much of a pain it is cutting corrugated card. This makes everything so much easier! The whole set is beautifully put together and presented. The lightweight screws etc are an added bonus and help to keep projects as environmentally friendly as possible, by reducing the need for the plastic tape that makes it harder to recycle the card at the end.

This kit comes with everything you need to build anything cardboard. We all know much kids love to play with cardboard boxes. Well this will give them more excitement to build as this comes with saws scorers and fixtures to build houses and even cars. Basically anything they want. All you need to do is supply the cardboard and kids will have hours of fun.

Turning the ordinary into the magical
Lightweight, easy to cut, and strong in load-bearing capacity (can support small dynamic devices). Cardboard can be replaced with waste packaging boxes, express boxes, etc. to reduce the cost of use. Through cutting, splicing, and debugging, fine movements and spatial thinking skills can be exercised. From simple models to complex machinery, gradually break through the difficulty and enhance self-efficacy. Repetitive splicing actions have a similar effect to "decompression toys". Redefine the boundaries of "toys". It is not only a tool for children's scientific enlightenment, but also a bridge for adults to release creativity and families to enhance interaction. Today, when environmental protection and education have become a global consensus, this set will undoubtedly become a benchmark product in the future DIY field with its low cost, high value and sustainable characteristics.

Safer cutting for cardboard crafts
This set comes well packaged. Included are multiple tools that pretty much support all cardboard crafts your imagination can muster. I love the ergonomic handle design, and the pizza cutter style, which makes these easy to use and control. Also included are joiners/bolts, which is a most excellent idea! The set is suitable for use by children, but they are still pretty sharp, so I would recommend adult supervision. I would also say that these work really well on boxes, which is slightly thicker and corrugated. It does seem like an expensive kit at £32.99, but these really are brilliant.Happy to recommend!
