Dogeared Angels Among Us Guardian Angel 2-Tone Saint Chain Necklace, Gold, 18" + 2" Extension

I’ve purchased a LOT of dog eared necklaces over the years (they make nice gifts).While I’ve liked them all, this one is a step up. Better in person. It costs a little bit more so am surprised that I even did it. The sentiment was on target, however, for this recipient. The necklace itself is truly special! Wait till you SE it. High recommendation. This one went to a grad. It’s appreciated. Beautiful gift 4 beautiful girl.

Read reviews about this necklace that center medallion falls out, but my daughter really wanted it for her 21st birthday. I was hoping that the company had fixed the well-known problem. She had seen the necklace on Instagram, and I ordered it on Amazon. Center medallion did fall out in about a month. It was lost as she does not know when it fell out while she was wearing it. I contacted the company via email. They were quick to email back with questions, but did not offer any assistance, replacement, or refund (which was what I had asked for). This is a cheap necklace, not worth the money, and when the poor quality is evident because it falls apart, and you will get no help from customer service from Dogeared. You will just be out the money. Good luck!

For the price I paid I expected a bit more. The charm in the middle fell of after the first day. Very disappointed

I ordered this in April for my daughter's graduation gift. She didn't graduate until June 6. So, she just started wearing her necklace recently. Today, the gold disc fell out of the necklace. She's been careful not to wear it in the shower. She loved the necklace and the sentiment, but so disappointed that it's already broken. I do not recommend this necklace! The idea was for her to be comforted wearing this when she went off to college. It didn't even make it that far. Sad.
