I was nervous about the cost, but that slowly subsided when we got this put together and started to learn about how many options this thing really had. So to start, the one thing I love is the battery comes out as a detachable battery to recharge inside. The power is great and consistent, not to mention its only an assist. If for any reason the battery isnt working, it still acts as a normal Bicycle. Folding works great to put it in a trunk (we checked). Assembly was easy, most of it was just attaching things and learning where the hinges and adjusters are. The weight isnt to bad, but then again it is a full sized bicycle.In the beginning we were a little nervous about this but after getting it and riding it around we defiantly need another one for the 2 of us!

This one takes the cake. We have had 11 e-bikes in the past three years so we have lots of experience and comparison. This one is ideal. The fat tires provide a smooth ride over concrete, sand, trails, and uneven roads. We live near the beach and ride it all the time in every possible terrain. It has an awesome light and horn for safety! It is a low profile so even elderly or disabled (or even really short people) can get their leg over the middle and get on it easily. This is the first ebike that I don’t need to swap out the seat because it’s actually full and comfortable! Lastly….the freaking batter goes forever!!!! No more 20-25 mile rides. Double it and add in the fact that the battery recharges in record time.

I have used this bike continuously for my local commute since last one month and I have been nothing but impressed. The build quality is very sturdy including the carriage at the back. I tried to capture the thickness of the carriage in one of the attached pictures. The battery sits firmly in the center of the frame and has been so far giving a good miles per charge. The bike has also been very comfortable on the paved road rides that I have taken. Definitely well built and a good purchase for city commute.

Let's get the good and bad out of the way.Very comfortable ebike and the range is excellent.Set aside at least an hour to assemble the bike together.It was package really well, too well I think. It took a while to cut and removed everything, then the time to installed the bike together. It's not rocket science but it does take a lot of my time to set the bike up. All tools are included to assemble the bike.Once the bike it's setup, it does take me a while to get use to the the ebike assist motor. You can adjust how much assist the bike will help you pedal or it can just accelerate with the accelerator.Overall, great bike, comfortable, range is excellent, it's also very quick. I'm thinking about getting another one for the wife.

It’s fantastic the accessibly was so extremely simple and it’s pretty much already read out of the box. Its extremely powerful and goes quickly but it’s also a slow ride, When you want it to be.The display helps a lot to see how fast I am going and to also motor milage left before the battery runs out. I’ve have this bike for around 4–5 weeks now and it’s sowing no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Overall great product would recommend.

We bought this bike and it was partially put together when we got it, but it was put together wrong and no matter what we tried the screw wouldn’t come out. The directions were terrible and we couldn’t find a video either for this model online! I contacted Amazon to have it picked up because it was too big and heavy (80 pounds) for me to get it in my car and return it. It’s free to return it to Kohl’s or Whole Foods, but I can’t get it there. The company told me I had to explain the problem, which I did. Then I had to send videos, which I tried and it didn’t go through. Then they issued me a label and I had to pay to return which would have cost a FORTUNE. Then I had to send pictures which I did. Finally they issued a prepaid label, but said there’s NO PICKUP in the US. They made me jump through hoops for nothing! Awful company!!!!

I ordered my Bike a few months ago ,supposedly I have a 1 year warranty I told the company that my tire is flat they have not respond to me at all , the tire is advertised as puncture resistance , there are no punctures but the back tire is flat . they will not send me another tire , whats the point of having a warranty?

This electric bike is a great deal! I'm 5'11", 180 lbs. The handlebars and seat are both adjustable and fit me perfectly. The 750W motor is powerful and installs faster than expected. Love the wide tires that allow it to be rode on the grass.
