This has helped me keep my total cholesterol under control as part of a calorie controlled diet

Formerly 90 capsules, now 30 capsules, similar price.
The ad fails to show the quantity of capsules. My mistake for not looking closer…as I’d ordered 8 times before. Also, in order to get the 10mg, you need to take 4 capsules, so less than a week’s supply for £16.+

Don’t think this is legal in EU
This, made in China, product may no be okay to take. It’s worth checking the risks associated with Monacolin.In June 2022, the new Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/860 came into force, which specifies that red rice yeast food supplements must have less than 3mg of Monacolin K per daily dose.This amount must be indicated on the packaging labels, and the following mandatory warnings must be added:Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age, or adults over the age of 70.Consult a GP regarding the intake of this product if you have any health problems.Should not be taken if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.Should not be taken if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
