Really - This chair is a piece of junk
Ok - I bought this chair based on the reviews - It's too late but I wish I could return it.The good:- Not muchThe bad:-There is no licking the chair in an upright position. It's either 30 degrees of lean or 45.- The right arm wont lock down - lean on it and it'll collapse.- The headrest isn't even close to supporting someones neckTo summarize - this chair is basically a$160 of wasted money. Six months after purchasing it the chair is headed to the junk yard

comfortable, tall enough for 5'7" to rest head
I've been dying of back pain so I had to make sure I ordered a decent chair with good support. I couldn't be more pleased. Assembly isn't hard but a little tricky with only 2 hands and being exhausted to boot. I had to do some things twice but it was pretty apparent I'd done them wrong before I reasoned through the next step. Final reward of sitting in the chair made it all worthwhile.

Review after a week of use
The media could not be loaded. Good quality chair. Took 10 min to pit together. Fabric feels good and all components installed DIY easily. The chair is wide enough to cover all the back, and the wheels are easy to push around on carpet. The best function I would like to mention is adjustable backrest. Very comfortable and highly recommended!

Very reasonable price
This is a good looking and functional chair for the price. The difference with the $200 chairs is armrest is in fixed position and the mechanism at the bottom does not look as sturdy. it should be OK if you are not extremely overweight.The headrest is an awesome option.

5 mos in, I had to buy a new chair.
Have had this chair for 5 months. At first it seemed fine though nothing special. Now there are two bolts poking me in my thighs and I've had to buy a new chair. The seat cushion is cheap and not designed for frequent use. Pretty bummed about losing $169...

Comfy chair and materials appear to be good quality!
looks like it will last much longer than previous 'pleather' (plastic leather) office chain. Put 'roller-blade' type wheels in place of plastic casters and no need for plastic mat, fast & easy scooting!
