Q: How wide is the collar?

The Extra Large, Large and Medium is 1" wide and the Small is 3/4" wide.

Q: Is the hardware rust proof? Does the collar bleed color when wet?

The nylon is not suppose to bleed when wet. No the hardware is not rust proof. It is Nickle platted and if that plating gets scratched off it will rust. If you are going in the salt water, it will eat away at the platting.

Q: Is it possible to get the collar with a matching double handle leash in red, both 1.5 inch wide?

Unfortunately, the largest width of leash we are able to make is 1 inch. This size is typically what people order with the 1 1/2 inch collar.
