I am using this shower since 6 days i feel it has Quality and functionality are perfect it makes hard water soft easily ,it is good for health of skin and hair go for it and grab it...

Absolutely thrilled with the RIVERSOFT DIVA PRO! Living in Udaipur, we've always struggled with hard water issues – limescale buildup was a constant battle, and our skin and hair felt the effects. Since installing this filter, the difference is remarkable. The water feels noticeably softer, my skin isn't as dry after showering, and I'm already seeing less limescale on our showerhead and taps. Even with very minimum hardness of water, one cartridge hardly works for 15 days. The price needs to be ₹250 per cartridge to be affordable.EDIT: Realised that the original cartridge was good, but replacement cartridge bough separately are either totally useless or works only for 15days.This seems like an intentional business tactic by the company. I'm surprised they have to resort to such fraud even when we are paying a premium of ₹500+ for a simple cartridge containing some metals and minerals.

Not sure about the desired results

I had previously purchased the filter from River soft and it was working fine. Then later on i was satisfied with the product and went to order the filters separately as my old filter was done. The filter which I have received is not at all serving its purpose the water still remains the same even after the filter. Being a customer to Riversoft I can really tell the difference. So disappointed.

I think we are being sent used cartridges. two cartridges in 3 weeks thisnis not expected at all. I have been ordering this for months now and never happened like this … quality has gone down considerably

Having used this tap filter for a while, I can clearly see the improvement in the water quality. It’s multilayer filtration system is quite effective in reducing chlorine, dirt and other impurities making the water much more soft and gentle on skin and hair. I have noticed a reduction in hair fall and dryness, which is a significant advantage. Overall, a very good product.
