Attractive and comfortable!
VERY NICE! I have too many backpacks now. Ever since I’ve started ordering them to review via this program I’ve realized how much cooler these are than the kinds I grew up with!I think if your child is the type to stuff heavy books inside their backpack till the seams almost pop, then you might be better off with a Jansport or traditionally made backpack. That doesn’t mean This bag isn’t sturdy—it is….just its slightly more bent to fashion than extreme durability….If we were to compare these backpacks to phone cases, then:-Imagine that a Jansport backpack is an Otterbox case.-Imagine that This backpack is a high-quality fashion case. Both have their purposes. And this backpack would be good for plenty of purposes. But just like some kids NEED that otterbox (basically indestructible)….other kids just need a well-made case, and a good fashion case like this one is plenty sufficient.I got this backpack in black. I thought it could be good for one of my teen boys, figuring they could give the puff ball keychain away to a girl-friend. But the buckles to help support the sides of the backpack are a frosted clear plastic design, which looks cool…just know that many teen boys will not wear this backpack to school because it does look a touch “girly”, even the black and without the keychain. No worries though! This was advertised for girls, and I took the risk I could use it for boys. So now I have another nice bag for me!!It has a nice contrasting cream interior satin lining—it’s that satin that I doubt would stand up to overstuffed heavy books over time without tearing a little. The padded pocket for a laptop is nice and thick, so I def think my laptop would be safe inside. Note though: there is No top strap for that laptop pocket. It has several pockets on the outside. On the front bottom are two pockets—one zippered and one Velcro with no zipper…the Velcro pocket has loops on the front to attach more keychains or items for decoration. The top front has another larger zippered pocket with a nice overhang.Inside, none of the pockets are zippered, just two tall open pockets on one side, and the laptop pocket on the other. In some ways I prefer this…I want to be able to reach inside when in a hurry and get what I am looking for just by feel without having to finagle with a zipper in a crowded area. But I think they should’ve put at least one zipper pocket inside. The back of the backpack is sufficiently padded for comfort and it has a thick elastic strap (with reinforced stitching) running horizontally across to secure this bag over the handles of a rolling suitcase. The straps are extra thick and padded. The stitching is adequate-where the straps connect to the bag. On top, the straps have a little less reinforcement, but not worrisome. At the bottom they are reinforced with extra material….…Actually the more I look it over closely for this review, the more I notice the attention they paid to structure and support. The reinforced strap attachments at the bottoms…and the side buckles to support the sides. The side buckles can be opened to allow it to stretch open to its normal width, or tightened close for a more secure fit.So I don’t think the phone case analogy is necessarily relevant to the straps holding up…but the adjusters on the straps (to lengthen or shorten them) are that frosted clear plastic, which seems a **little** less durable a material than the traditional plastic rings…but maybe I am wrong. I have not overstuffed this backpack or used it for school books for a whole school year, so I could be wrong…this bag could be just as sturdy. These are just my thoughts and concerns if I were to render my judgment and predictions.Overall, if you like the look of this backpack, get it!! I definitely think it is MORE durable than the vast majority of fashion backpacks out there!

Nice quality bag
We use this bag as a diaper bag...its quite nice and we like the look of it. The only complaint i've got is that the inside pockets where you would store a bottle or sippy cup dont have very big openings so if your cup is a bigger diameter it wont fit. It will fit a standard water bottle size item in there (theres two of these pouches/pockets inside the bag). This basically made us use one of the side pouches that are actually for a cup/bottle and they work fine for that obviously, since thats what they're designed for, but it does put the cup exposed and with us being somewhat of germaphobes, its less than ideal...we just put a ziplock bag over the lid of the cup and store it outside the bag and feel pretty satisfied with it.

Nice backpack - good styling and seems fairly well-made for price!
Overall, I think that this is a very good value, especially if you can get it on sale. I don’t see any loose stitching and it seems like it’s pretty well made. I also think it’s light and the real standout thing on the one that I got is the two tone color combination. See the pictures. It looks much more upscale than many other backpacks because of this two tone color combination. I also like the variety of pockets and the soft fuzzy ball keychain that comes on it (although mine was a bit squished when it arrived. I should also mention that my backpack came in plastic cellophane that looked like it had been re-taped, so I was initially worried that I had gotten another person‘s return. Once inside, though, it looks like a new bag to me. I think that it’s a good size and I like the variety of pocket. It also has a trolley sleeve, which I really like as I plan to use it for traveling and a pocket on the back for security. All of these are great features. My only slight disappointments are the following: I wish that the makers hadn’t used the clear plastic buckles on each side as that cheapens the look a bit in my opinion (see one of the photos for my up close shot). Also, there’s one place where there’s some stitching that I will need to trim off. Hopefully that doesn’t come loose on the topic of the hardware, I will also say that the pools on each zipper are plastic as well. I wish that something a bit more luxurious had been used, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I think the polls are cute and the zippers work. Also, I will note that there are a few pockets where it’s kind of hard to get my hand into them like the front right one. Similarly, the side pockets where you put your water bottle, etc., are not elasticized at the top and I wish they were, but there is a drawstring pull for them. I do like the fact that there’s one on each side and can accommodate a water bottle and something else. Lastly, well, I like the fact that there are lots of pockets inside the main compartment of the bag, I will say that I’m not 100% sure how much Insulation or protection. This will give my computer because the inside fabric feels much more thin and plastic-y then the outside of the bag. For some reason, the outside nylon feels good and does not feel cheap, but the inside fabric feels much cheaper. I wish they hadn’t used the inside fabric, but instead had made the entire bag out of the outside fabric. Also, perhaps I’m used to a more expensive bag, but the laptop pocket does not seem like it is super cushioned to me, so I might be careful with this. Lastly, I will say that I truly wish that the bag makers hadn’t made the decision to use the large sized mesh on either the top handle of the bag or on the inside of the straps that go on your back. This is an almost perfect bag and could be an absolute amazing deal with a few modifications because they have a winner here in terms of design. Again, the two tone design is really quite beautiful and overall, I was impressed by the quality of the fabric on the outside of the bag. It feels smooth and it does not feel cheap. Those would be my suggestions for the makers of the bag, but overall for the price it’s a pretty good deal!

Cute, functional, durable, and worth the price!
I was honestly surprised by the size of this bag when I got it. I use bags like these to carry everything in, I even have a special insert to go inside of them that holds my small things like q-tips, perfumes, deodorant, personal products, medication, etc. and after putting that in this bag, full, there was still so much room inside. The pockets seem endless and the overall durability and build quality of this thing feel really sturdy. I have not gotten to use it a lot, but as of right now I am extremely happy with my purchase. It functions for all and more that I wanted it for. The zippers do not feel cheap either and the cute little attachments that come on the bad are an adorable touch. The colours are perfect too! Such a cute, yet minimal touch, that can be paired with so many things. Overall, for the product I received, it was definitely worth the price!

Disappointed that the colors didn’t seem to be the same as picture. Returned because it was more of a brown.
