PNR Commercial Electric 23.4L Deep Fryer Dual Tanks with Timers and Drains Reset Button French Fry Restaurant

Purchased this fryer back in Sept 2018 with an Assurant 360 protection plan. Recently, the fryers stopped working while I was cooking some chicken nuggets and french fries for the family. Started noticing the orange temperature light on the fryers was flickering and the temperature on the fryer was slowly decreasing. I thought to myself there was something wrong with the temperature settings, but no. So, I read the troubleshooting instructions to see what I can do to resolve the problem....No success..... they're both defective fryers. So, I called Amazon about the problem, then we had called the company and they replied that they could not do a refund due to the fryer already passed its 30-day warranty. Which I thought was bogus, all products like this one should come with a 1-year warranty....Go Figure, Fortunately, I had a 4-year insurance service plan which covered the defective fryers.

Well for starters it isn't nfs certified at least I couldn't tell it was. Also it kept blowing circuits in the house I had to run two extension cords to make it stop, and finally it was missing a few nuts which I had to buy from Menards. Bottom line is it gets three out of five stars from me period.

If you use the timer the oil will not stay at temperature after the time is reached. The timer button broke after 2 months use. It also developed a leak at the oil drain.

Works great. Seems to run a little hotter than thermostat indicates. As far as cleaning, its an oul fryer they are never fun. The elements do come out very easily so that makes it better. I use a pressure washer for the vats. Also i used a commercial acid before use to remove machine oil.

We bought this fryer for our church’s Lenten Fish Fry. It worked like a charm. We loved the timer feature, however, it would be nicer if you could specifically set a time, rather than turn a knob to the approximate time on the dial.

Father’s Day gift!! Works as expected...no issues. If had to say what I’d like to see differently...higher heat setting.The drains are what sold us on it. Such a better concept without paying professional pricing.

Large wells, decent sizePower switch seems a little flimsy

This is easy to transport and clean up.
