I am not sure if it is kosher. It does not contain any type of dairy or meat product. I do know that I feel better after using it for 2 months. I drink it (with cold water) in the morning when I first get up about 30 minutes prior to drinking my coffee. I have more energy and I do not have the digestive issues that I had prior to starting. Even though it is very earthy tasting, I like it. I will tell you that my mother and daughter did not like it. I however am all about eating and drinking healthy. You need to drink it within the first 30 minutes. Do not let it sit. Also do not make and to take with you and drink later. The taste is altered at that time. Not sure why.
