Worth every penny spent.
The briefs are very comfortable.They are very lightweight.I bought the medium size and it is true to its size.The BALLin Tech is very useful and it isolates the balls from other body parts, which makes this product one of a kind and worth every penny.

Received open box, briefs tried by others and returned.
Very disappointed withe the way this company deals with customer in providing used / tried out briefs to other customers..This is the second time that I have ordered the briefs from HIE. To be Frank I like the quality and fit (though it does loose out on some elasticity on the thighs in 3 months). The 1st time I ordered 3 xl size, tried one and found it to be a bit big, so i requested return of 2 sealed for a smaller L size which they agreed to the return.The issue I face is I received the 2 replacement with 1 open packet and stickers inside were missing on brief (evident it of it being tried and returned).This is the second time I have ordered 2 pieces and received 1 box open withe the stickers inside missing again. Im sure they are accepting return from clients who try the briefs and return and the same briefs are parcelled to the next customer. This is a very bad practice and need to be stopped.

Didn't meet expectations
The quality of the wear is really good and soft but the pouch doesn't make any different it's making worse creating more heat.
