Crosstour 4K Action Camera 16MP WiFi Underwater Cam 30M Waterproof Case Sports Camera with Remote Control 2 Batteries and 19 Mounting Accessories

I bought this camera for my son for his summer adventures (who knows, maybe even school time adventures!), so the accompanying videos are the first we shot together. In brief: this camera rocks!First Impressions:Video quality: Very good to Excellent. Notice in the sample videos, we are in patchy shade and the metering is forced to constantly reevaluate the scene; and it's doing a great job of constant exposure adjustments. If you are viewing playback on the camera, or on an attached smart phone via wifi, there was a little jumpiness in live view, which is completely expected! On the final product the video is sharp, generally metered well, and playback is very smooth.Audio quality: Like ALL action cameras, with the protective case on, the audio is as poor as the rest. Without the case though, audio recording is quite good. It does pick up nearby sounds, like touching the camera or adjusting the mount, extremely well (read: Loud), but normal audio recording seems to be fairly clear with little to no distortion.Camera interface: Not much feedback yet about the on-camera interface, other than it being basic and intuitive. It's easy to switch between still shots and video, and that's pretty much all I need. Turning on wifi is a single button as well.Phone App: Basic and well thought out. Live view mode (AWESOME), on-phone recording controls, video/photo sorting, viewing, and saving options. I was saving videos to my iPhone, then syncing to my Mac via iCloud, which was a little burdensome to figure out but I now prefer it to direct import, mostly because my Mac will not recognize the camera. Doesn't matter, I prefer the wireless method now. Speaking of which:Wifi: FAST. I am pleasantly surprised to find videos download in seconds, not minutes or longer. Wifi video transfer is a big plus for this camera.Taking photos/videos from phone using camera: This is a really great feature and I can see this coming in handy when using the camera mounted high on a tripod or in a location harder to reach, or so one person can hold the camera and the "photographer" can grab and go. Whatever reason you use it, this is a neat feature and works great.Summary:The quality of the video and stills is not just good for the price range, it's just good, period. Between the video quality, the great user interface, and the large collection of adapters, this action camera was well worth the price. I clearly recommend this action camera to anyone in the market who's realized the market leader is extremely overpriced for similar quality and features. I'm happy I bought this camera, it was a solid purchase.(Accompanying video and images are unprocessed, so no additional filteration or post-processing was applied, this is as straight-from-camera as I could upload.)

Bought this camera for myself as my friend already had the previous model, and I was suitably impressed with it. “”I want it!!!” When I saw it for the first time, I already had this feeling in my mind.It came with 2 batteries most others don't extra bargain, and it also comes with a remote control which is really good to have. What’s a amazing function that you can control it with the remote control to take picture and video. (See the below pictures that I photoed by the remote control!)It equipped with 4K(25fps), 2.7K(30fps) and 1080P(60fps) for your preference. 16 MP photo taking resolution makes photos much clearer than those taken by 12 MP cameras.So I have used this camera for taking videos in the park of my dogs and the video is really clear! (My dog looks very handsome in the picture, right? :)My daughter also take this camera to shot some pictures underwater, which brings a beautiful and super different performance to us.Various types of mountings are included, so we could attach them to our helmet, snorkel mask, or bike. Additional:- Just had a battery fail contacted crosstour via there Web site. Sent photos of faulty battery. They sent out a replacement FOC straight away no arguments. Excellent customer service. ( Thank you Zoe!)I really pleased with the photos and videos that we took and I would definitely recommend this camera if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive action cameras on the market!

I had purchased a previous version of this camera and felt that the value provided was excellent. It was way better than I expected and upon learning of the upgraded version I purchased it. I like the wrist remote, the enclosure is very robust. I have no reason to believe it will not be waterproof to the rating, I have not tested it that way. The ability to control the camera via WiFi is also great. You can watch the screen and record only when you want to, saves editing and space on the card. Card is not included but the seller clearly says that and offers recommendation to purchase. Included are many attachment options so you can rig up this camera pretty much anywhere. Overall this camera as well as my previous version are excellent buys for what I expect them to do.Update 9/13/2018: I have had a chance to use this more and like it even better. One 'fix' from the previous camera is that this new one DOES NOT begin recording when you charge the battery!!! I also like the wifi power on function moved to the side button.

This is my second CrossTour Action Camera; the first one was the CT7200. I still have that one and use it a lot. So when I decided to by another camera with 4K capabilities, my choice was easy; the CrossTour CT9000 is a wonderful camera. The 4K video is beautiful when I show it on my 55" television and the still photos are very clear and sharp. The accessories that came with the CT9000 are very handy to get a lot of different mount positions. And the remote is a great bonus, it's very handy when out riding the motorcycle.I can't post a video for this review, I live out in the sticks and the internet is way too slow to post a 4K video, but take my word for it, this camera rivals all others on the market. I have an action camera that I spent over $250 dollars on, and this CrossTour is my go-to camera. The controls are very easy to use, the settings are much improved over the CT7200 in my opinion. It takes the exact same battery as the CT7200 so I now have four batteries for my longer trips on the bike. And I love that the case is waterproof; now be forewarned however, the camera is not waterproof without the case. If you put just the camera in the water - it's game over, camera done.I love this camera. Would I buy it again? I sure as heck would, even if it was a higher price it would be worth it.

Estoy muy gratamente sorprendida con esta cámara deportiva. La relación calidad precio es excelente y ha superado mis expectativas. Los primero que me sorprendió al recibirla es la gran cantidad de accesorios que vienen incluidos y 2 baterías. Cubren todas tus necesidades para los diversos usos que le quieras dar (debajo del agua, ponerla en la bicicleta, en un palo selfie, en tu muñeca, en un casco,…). También viene con un mando a distancia para poder hacer las fotos, este accesorio me ha facilitado mucho las cosas. También tiene una app para ver las fotos o controlar la cámara y hacer fotos/videos desde la app. La calidad de las fotos y video es muy buena y tienes opciones extra como ráfaga o timelaps muy útiles para algunas ocasiones. Una gran experiencia.

Ich gebe 4 Sterne, für die Videoqualität und in anbetracht an den preis ist die absolut in Ordnung, kann in etwa mit etwas älteren GoPros mithalten. Das Zubehörpaket ist einfach wahnsinn und das ist es auch nochmal warum ich dann 4 Sterne gebe.Die Photo Auflösung.....naja mein Smartphone von 2014 hat ähnliche photos gemacht, vergleiche ich hier mit meienr gopro 3 gibt es keinen vergleich. Bilder kommen.
