Skullcandy Titan Ear Buds w/Mic White/Black/Chrome, One Size

Pros: -Incredible sound quality for the price, believe it or not, they are comparable to the Beats by Dre Urbeats. -These can maintain a shockingly high volume while maintaining a clear sound. -It is also very hard to blow the speakers of these headphones, regardless of the beating or volume level they endure. -They have a metal casing for protection, which makes them very durable and allows them to take a heavy beating. -They're only $40 at max price, a steal for earbuds of this quality. -The Mic1 on these works great, never once had any issues with it.Cons: -The wires tangle fairly easily, nearly every time I try to listen to them I have a little bit of untangling to do. -After 6 months of owning these headphones, the wiring by the jack got to be a bit wacky, where if I hit the wire the wrong way the headphones would blare to the loudest available volume. -Though these headphones come with spare buds, there are no spares of any of the specific sizes. They come with 3 total pairs of buds, a small pair, a medium pair, and a large pair. So, if you were to lose the medium pair, which is the pair that comes on the headphones out of the package and is the most common size (from what I've seen anyway), you'd be s.o.l. if you couldn't find them, and it is very easy to lose the buds.Would I recommend these to a friend? Definitely. In fact, shortly after I bought mine I got a buddy of mine to buy a pair of them over a pair of beats, simply because he agreed with me that these are the best bang for your buck. If you want quality, but don't want to pay $100+ for good earbuds, these would be the best you will find for the price.

WOW, SKULL CANDY JUST AMAZES. THESE LITTLE THINGS ARE THE BEST IN EAR HEADPHONES THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD. THE BASE IS AMAZING AND I AM VERY GLAD THAT I GOT THESE. I LIKE THE NYLON RAPPED CORDS AND HOPE THAT THEY CAN LAST A SEASON OF NIGHT SKIING ALL TWISTED UP UNDER MY JACKET. WE WILL SEE. I REALLY DO THINK THEY ARE THE BEST SOUNDING IN EAR HEAD PHONES I HAVE EVER HEARD. THEY ARE LOUD LIKE NOISE CANCELING EXTERIOR HEAD PHONES. I AM DRAWING A COMPARISON OF THESE TO A SET OF SKULL CANDY NOISE CANCELING SUPER BASS HEAD PHONES (tHE BRANDON ROY TRAILBLAZERS) REALLY LIKE THOSE ONES AND USE THEM NIGHTLY AS A MATTER OF FACT WHILE I USE MY TABLET. THESE ARE REALLY COOL. WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT SKULL CANDY MODELS TO CHOOSE FROM, THESE SEEM TO BE SUPER COOL. I GUESS THEY ARE WORTH THE EXTRA 10-20 DOLLARS . ANYWAY REALLY LIKE THEM ALOT AND GLAD I GOT THEM.

I have owned many pairs of Titan's in the past, and am now buying my third pair. In the past, I have had them for an average of about 4 months before sound stopped coming out of the right bud, but cracking it open and resoldering has fixed that. I find that Skullcandy cheaps out on their solder. Eventually the wire becomes damaged, so I just replace it. After about an extra 4 to 6 month's, the solder has been overused, and the speaker has been worn out. Overall, if you don't mind eventually losing the microphone and repairing it yourself, I would say buy them and a cheap pair of dollar headphones. Also, the buds are made from metal, so sometimes they do shock you because of static.

I have been a big fan of the Skull Candy products for years. I usually purchase the Inked earbuds. A couple of months ago, my last pair finally gave up the ghost. I've been using some cheap-o earbuds to get buy, but it was time to enjoy music again. After reading several reviews, I decided to upgrade to the Titans; I will not be going back. These babies hit harder than most earbuds I've tried while still keeping crystal clear mids and trebel. The metal casing makes them feel a bit more solid than other earbuds on the market without losing the comfort that Skull Candy is known for. Even the in-line control is well thought out, with a different number of clicks doing different actions rather than having to fiddle around trying to press the right area. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase and would highly recomend these to anyone. If you're a fan of music, from rock to reggae, hip-hop to dubstep, pick these up. Your ears will thank you.

These are some of the best earbuds around. They're made durably, the sound is spectacular, and since having them, I really enjoy and take advantage of the mic on them. The mic on them sounds clearer on the other end then talking through the speakers of my phone. Despite them being discontinued by Skullcandy, you certainly can't beat the price on these; these are state-of-the-art headphones at a walmart price. Before you consider a pair of obnoxious pair of Beats headphones (which have a horrible history with snapping in the middle, and leaving the customer with a pair of broken headphones, because the warranty on them sucks), consider a pair of Skullcandy head phones. With these, you have all the features of a solid set of noise cancelling headphones at a fraction of what a new pair of Beats headphones

While I'm not a crazy audiophile these headphones sound great and fit very comfortably in my ears. A good pair of ear buds for the price but cheaper ones can work just fine most of the time. The one interesting point of note is that because of the metal backing to the buds it occasionally gives me a static shock inside my ear which is kind of freaky as it's a new sensation (I'm guessing it's because of the metal, it could be the wiring, magnets, aggressive use of Q tips in the morning building up a charge, etc...)

I bought this set back on Dec 1st and they simply fell apart by the end of January. The two halves of the metal earbuds are held together by an adhesive. I'm in manufacturing and I know that adhesives never hold metal 100%. That's why most great quality products are MACHINED.Anyway, the sound: better than I expected. Very crisp highs and mid-highs, very punchy deep bass. These headphones really do sound good listening to Drum and Bass, believe me. However, when the bass hits, it almost completely drowns out your midrange. The curve is very noticeable.I replaced this set with a Sennheiser 300B MKII. The difference is clearly in the Sennheisers favor. Not nearly as much midrange loss and the sound quality overall is less flat than the skullcandy set.

I'm fan of skullcandy. Every model they set different types of equalizer. This model is very good at bass levels and missing crispy treble. Before this i used special edition riot with ink'd. These are some amazing earphone with superb sound. Effects are tremendously well balanced and the bass .... Goosebump giving indeed!!! Also the extra rubber heads provide the maximum comfort without dropping off from the ears. Noise cancellation is also laudable.

These are the best u can get out there, leaves all others behind, bass will give u goosebumps, it takes u into another world, it is a titan in front of others, just close ur eyes and buy,Note: u have to burn them (use them continuosly) for 20 -30 hrs after that they will become powerful and explosive
