You will receive 1 box of Wacky Wafers that includes 24 packages of Wacky Wafers. Each package contains (5) wafers in a 1.2oz package. Wacky Wafers, originally part of the The Willy Wonka Candy Company line, were about the size of an American silver dollar coin and came in five flavors; banana, green apple, watermelon, orange and strawberry. The original, (and still the best version) were sold in a clear plastic wrapper, appearing as a long strip of multi-colored wafers. Over the years, the Willy Wonka Candy Company redesigned the famous wafer many times from a smaller version, (the size of a quarter in a 10-pack will all different flavors) to the size of a Bottle Cap, (sold in long stick Spree-type packs). Later on, they changed the shape yet again, designing them more like Flintstone Vitamins rather than a larger candy wafer and placing them in tart n' tinys type box filled with the miniature candy. Fans felt alienated since they could not find the original wafers. Later, Wacky Wafers were discontinued as part of the regular product line when Nestlé purchased the Willy Wonka brand and they felt the wafers were too close to Sweettarts.

Just like old times, but broken
I grew up with these candies and was so happy to see they were being manufactured again. The flavor and that all-important texture is just like I remember. The ONLY problem was that a large majority were broken, but that was a flimsy packaging issue, which I already addressed in a review of the seller. The product gets five stars because, yeah, I love Wacky Wafers and these are the real deal. If you decide to order them, I would write the seller to request that they package the box surrounded by bubble wrap inside a larger box. Who knows, they might be willing.

Great candy.
Love this throwbacks candy. I especially like the watermelon and green apple flavors. A little expensive but worth it.

What a blast from the past. I’ve ordered these from you twice already. I went to order another box and the price went up by over $30.00. I’d like to order more from you but cannot justify spending over $80.00 for a box of candy that just 2 weeks ago was $50.00. Can you explain to me why they went up so much? Thank you for your time and service on the first 2 boxes.
