Looks just like the picture and the size is as described. I honestly got these so i could use the backs which still look pretty cool.

I don't know how to make these fit on any collar I have ever made. They are a perfectly square corner, and shirt collars are not.

I was very disappointed. They were so big that they would not work on a regular dress shirt. Also, there was no way to attach them other than to get a pair of pliers and bend them. I would not recommend this product.

I like this product. Shiny, and they are well made and I look forward to putting them on my secretary blouses!
