Pros: Works great, really feel it, no itchinessCons: Horrible after taste, hard to mix, stomach aches and over salivating. Feels more like a pre workout than a thermo.I love Nutrex products and there’s nothing REALLY wrong w Dynamix - especially if you have a sweet tooth- but, I think I’m going to stick with Lipo 6.Most of my complaints stem from Strawberry Kiwi being nasty

I've used a few different Nutrex supplements, including their typical pre-workout and their Lipo-6 in pill form. I bought the strawberry-kiwi flavor and really like the taste! I took it everyday (pre-workout or when needing a pick me up) for a few weeks, but it was making me super bloated. If I drink it and then workout, no bloat, but if I drink it mid-day as a pick me up, I feel terrible, even if I only take one scoop. I doesn't make me jittery or tingly, which is nice. I'm not sure if it really helped with weight loss so I think I would just purchase Nutrex's regular pre-workout.

I bought my cousin one for his birthday and decided to get a bottle for myself. he chose the blackberry lemonade flavor, so I took the strawberry kiwi. he loves the flavor that he chose and I really like strawberry kiwi. this is an effective fat burner, I took two scoops and was extremely focused at work. normally I would start getting hunger pains around 10am, two hours before my lunch break. this curbed my appetite until noon and I ate much less then whats typical for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff

When I do actually drink this I love it. I have not been using it as much as planned due to changing my workout time. If I drink it to late in the day or mix it with my preworkout then I get the shakes.

Love this product. Gave me awesome energy in and out of the gym that lasted for hours without the crash. Suppressed my appetite as well as helping burn some stubborn fat. It definitely made me sweat. Which is not a bad thing.

I used this product as soon as I received it. I got a headache after using this product. Wasn’t sure if this was the cause or not. Used it again the next morning and had a headache again. This was unusual for me as I very rarely get a headache. Got your email for a review. Waited a few days and used the product again just to be sure and again got a headache. It’s not the first time I have used a pre work product. I have been using pre workout for sometime now , so not new at it. I would like to return the product. Have only used it 4 times.
