Hubby enjoys
I bought this for my husband, since we are trying to cut sugar. Whenever he gets the sweet tooth I’ll make something with this. Although personally, I can’t even stand the smell or taste, he loves it. He now wants everything with a shake out of this.

Very expensive, but fine
This product has some definite pluses and minuses.First things first, this tastes pretty good. I would definitely add it to something else rather than drink it on its own, but you can if you really want to. I haven't tried adding it to food, but I love another user's idea of adding it to pancakes. That would be just heavenly! I feel like I'm getting a nice dose of energy from this and I'm left feeling full, both of which are pretty much the pinnacle of what you hope to achieve with protein powders like this. I think I might add it to some of my coffees on occasion as well, as there's no grainy texture or anything like that. You'll want to stir this properly, but this doesn't clump or anything like that. The minuses here are well, the bag and the price. I do wish this came in a better container than this since it's just easier to pull powder out of a more rigid container. Still, not a deal breaker. What will give people pause is the price. This is a higher end protein powder and is very high quality, but you're going to pay for that luxury. In the end it's going to be up to you whether or not it's worth it, since you know what you're willing to pay for something like this. But rest assured, this is very good quality protein powder. I think it might be worth it for some who are looking for something made with minimum ingredients that is free of most common allergens. Just keep aware that there are products made with those allergens elsewhere in the factory if you are very sensitive. But otherwise this was pretty safe for me to consume. It's also very low in sugar, so it was safe for my diabetic boyfriend to have as well - and he was the main person I was concerned about. He likes having a protein shake in the morning to help stabilize his blood sugar, as he's not always in the mood for a large meal. On that note, I will say that a bag of this is less expensive than say, pre-packaged protein drinks that have the same amount of servings.

Unusual flavor profile, not exactly pumpkin spice, doesn't mix easy
This Be Well by Kelly powder is best mixed using a shaker cup or in a blender when mixing it alone. In fact, this powder is probably best used in a smoothie or other similar beverage when mixed with other ingredients and supplements. The flavor profile for this power is labeled as Pumpkin Spice. While there is a faint hint of pumpkin spice in here, it's not prominent enough. The pumpkin spice flavor sits more or less in the background compared to the protein in this product. I can't exactly place my finger on the flavor profile of this protein even though it claims to be "beef protein". To me, it doesn't taste like beef at all. It does have an odd flavor, but not at all of beef. In fact, the flavor profile is rather difficult to describe here. If you're used to whey protein, it tastes nothing like that. It's also not at all creamy like whey protein.Overall, when mixed into a drink as suggested, the flavor is not very sweet at all. The drink is also a bit on the watery side. Because this is not milk derived, there's nothing creamy in the mixed beverage. However, I didn't find the odd flavor to be overall unpalatable. I was able to drink the entire drink with no issues. It's just not a flavor that I would have expected from beef protein powder. 3 stars for a reasonable protein addition. 2 stars off for the odd flavor profile, the muted pumpkin spice flavor and the need to use a shaker cup (i.e., it doesn't mix super easy).

Careful when tearing. Don't damage the seal.
A new breakfast pairing with bread.I tried this pumpkin spice grass-fed beef protein powder. When mixed with hot water, the scents of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg wafted out. But if not stirred immediately, the powder will sink to the bottom of the cup and be hard to dissolve. After thorough stirring, it tastes smooth, with natural sweetness from monk fruit, not overly cloying. It's high in protein. One serving provides a strong sense of fullness that can last until lunchtime.😂With low carbs, it’s an ideal choice for anyone, including those like me, who are watching their diet.

Healthy but not a fan of the taste
I really enjoy pumpkin spice flavored drinks and food in the fall, but this isn’t it to me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting it in the spring and it’s a fall flavor, but it just doesn’t taste as much as pumpkin spice as I would like. It has some subtle notes, mostly of pumpkin, but the aftertaste is very artificial due to the monk fruit and it has some other kind of taste that I can really describe other than tasting healthy. The size of the bag isn’t that big for the price. It says you’ll get 30 servings out of the plastic resealable bag. I do feel for the price it should at least come in a jug or something sturdier and easier to get out. It’s a very healthy protein powder with the emphasis being on beef protein. 23g of protein, 3g carbs, and 9 amino acids makes it one of the healthier options for protein content. You can drink it by itself or use it as an ingredient in other foods and drinks. It has good mixability when I use my mini frother mixer tool. You can also use a blender bottle and it will work just as good. I’ve tried it a couple times before a workout and I do feel the energy protein boost, but it’s very hard for me to get it all down with the flavor just not feeling like it’s right for the time of year.

I like it
Let’s start by saying I like shakes. And I love everything pumpkin spice. So I had high hopes for this. And I’m not disappointed. It’s good. It dissolves easily. Blends up fwell. And tastes yummy. This is a yes for me.
