I was pleasantly surprised by how well this camera pen performs. The video and photo quality are sharp for such a discreet device, and it’s incredibly easy to use. It looks and writes just like a regular pen, so it’s perfect for discreet recording or just capturing moments on the go.

Good quality product gets the job done. Product works as described. Very easy to use. The video quality is good and the sound quality is decent. The battery life is more than plenty to get the job done. I am pleased with the purchase.

I’m so excited about my camera pen, where do I start! The picture quality is crisp and the audio is very clear! You can’t get a better deal on a camera pen, with all the extra stuff you receive with it. The bonus is the pen writes so smoothly. There’s extra pen refills so, it will last a long day time!

I would give this a NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could. The. Video quality is TERRIBLE !! The audio doesn’t hardly work.. very spotty. It hardly works at all. Do not waste your money on this product!

Great spy Camera Pen. Video and audio quality is better than expected. Battery life is great also. Not too heavy very light. Instructions are easy to follow. Comes with SD card and a reader with extra refills. Great price.

Honestly surprised at the amazing camera quality for the price. One of the best writing pens I own. Audio and video quality at a baseball game is crystal clear! Camera is well hidden. Even up close you cant see it. Storage (be sure to format the card prior to use) has been wonderful and I haven't had to empty it yet. Highly Recommend!

This pen makes me feel like James Bond. Writes nicely with black ink. Comes with one pen refill already installed but has five spares. Just twist the base of the pen to eject and retract the pen tip.The camera/pen comes with 64 GB Micro SD card. At first I thought it was missing but then realized that I needed to unscrew the two pen halves to reveal the protrusion of the Micro Card. The card is right next to the Micro USB charging port. Just grab it with your finger nails to pull it out.Charging is via the provided micro USB to USB-A cable with the USB-A plugged into a 5 VDC power source.Reading the stored photos and video files is easy. Just plug the Micro USB- USB-A cable (same one use for charging the battery) into the camera (after unscrewing the two camera halves) and the USB-A port into your PC. The USB-Drive will have two folders: PHOTO and VIDEO. If you click on the root folder you can update the TIME stamp. Remember to save after editing the date & time (time is 24 hour mode). Alternately you can withdraw the Micro SD card and use the provided Micro SD Card to USB-A adapter to read the card directly from your PC’s USB port.NOTE: The video DOES record sound.Images and sound quality are pretty good especially considering the size of the camera lens. Seems to do a pretty good job of self-focusing distance/close-up. Still photo quality seems better than video, which is to be expected.Note: The lens is located on the pocket clip of the pen. Push the button at the top of the pen to power it on/off and to snap a photo and start video recording: 3 second push of the button turns on the camera power. Blue lights will flash then light will disappear which denotes camera is now in video record mode. Quick press of button turns off video record and returns camera to standby mode (two blue lights). Two quick presses of the button will snap a photo (blue lights temporarily disappear then reappear so camera returns to standby mode). Press button 3 seconds to shut off power.I really like this camera pen. I’ll keep the pen in my pocket so I can use it as an ink pen but also be able to take photos as the need may arrive (I typically don’t carry a cell phone should you be asking why I don’t just use a cell phone to take photos. I’m 72 y/o and “Old School”).Only feature I don’t care for is how it immediately goes into video record mode as soon as the camera power is activated. That requires that I immediately press the button one time to stop the recording and bring camera to standby mode. Would make more sense to have the camera enter standby mode right after power to the camera is turned on. I’ll subtract one star because of that feature.

Pen has decent heft but not too heavy. Writing action is quite smooth. Camera works well. 64gb SD card, as well as the additional pen refills are a nice addition. One suggestion, better instructions on how to change the pen refill. There is a SIM card type tool that I used to "unscrew" the pen tip. Overall a decent spy camera.
