I am following a low carb diet, and have been taking this in the early afternoon to help hold me over until dinner time. It has worked well. It truly has no bad flavor. I have mostly just taken it plain and it is easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste or anything. It is a good addition to the low carb diet, and quite cost effective when compared to other good fats such as avocados and nuts.

I take this product first thing in the morning and thirty minutes prior to my workout. I can definitely tell it gives me a nice sustained energy boost. It is unflavored so you can mix it in with your coffee, protein or just drink it straight. It helps with my appetite as well. I don’t feel as hungry when I get to work when I’m taking the oil in the morning. I will be purchasing this again.

This is a good product... As usual, I get some stomach discomfort (so far, all brands cause this), so I can only do 1/2 T. per day which is fine. The benefits outweigh the discomfort... I find if I eat first, I don't have a problem with it, but I don't always like to eat right away, so that's fine. The cap on this brand far exceeds any I have tried yet. This seems to be many people's gripe about MCT oil...It makes a mess of the bottle...But this one keeps the mess at bay (I hope you patented this cap, js, LOL)

I have a hard time getting enough fat in my diet and adding a serving of this to my morning breakfast helps me knock out 14g early in the day. It's tasteless (in a good way!)Fat helps me stay full so I appreciate this product that does that and gives a boost of energy. I love Purely Inspired products and I'm so glad they carry this. I would trust them with anything.

The oil seems to be high quality — I drink a teaspoonful in my broth every day and there is no discernible taste. However I’ve purchased it two separate times and the plastic bottle leaked from the bottom both times. I thought it was a one-off thing so I ordered a second time, but will not be ordering a third time for this reason.

Been using this for over a year and I love it in my coffee. Keeps me full on days I fast and has helped me lose 105lbs so far. Best for the Keto diet would recommend.
