TCL 55-Inch QM7K QLED 4K Smart QD-Mini LED TV with Google TV (55QM7K, 2025 Model) + S55H S Class 2.1 Channel Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos

I was skeptical about purchasing a TCL tv. I was very enamored by the price on a recent Prime days deal, so I decided to take a chance. Let me just say, it was the best chance that I have taken on a product in a long time. I am not use to a TV with such a clear and precise picture. The set up was a breeze, I like the google TV integration as well. The sound system on this tv absolutely blew my mind when I started playing a movie on my new tv the day I got it. The integrated subwoofer on the back of the set was shaking my wall in my living room, the base on the action scenes was spectacular. The remote control is very sharp and user friendly, and I love that the buttons lite up when using it for ease of use in the dark while watching movies. I love playing games on this TV, NCAA 26 on my PS5 has been a blast to play so far on this set. I love that this set is sturdy, yet light weight and was easy to put the stand on, and then set up on the TV stand I bought without breaking my back to do so. I highly recommend this TV, and for the price I paid it was a big bang for my buck.

Absolutely thrilled with this TV! The size is impressively large and gives a truly cinematic feel, and the build is solid and sturdy—definitely not flimsy like some others we've seen. The speaker quality is surprisingly excellent, especially for such a slim design; we didn’t even feel the need for a soundbar. The picture quality is stunning—colors are vibrant, accurate, and really pop. The smart TV functions are top-notch—intuitive, responsive, and super easy to navigate. Even our 8-year-old figured out how to switch between apps and streaming platforms with no help! We are 100% satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, feature-packed TV.

First, I must say Amazon's delivery service and easy return policy worked great, as I actually used both services.My first 75QM7K had some strange problems. Although its picture quality was top-notch and everything seemed to work properly, I observed a few annoying issues.1. TV self-restarts after turning on TV every time. When TV is turned on it does immediately to Google TV home page. Within 2-3 seconds, TV would just restart by itself. This behavior was consistent and persistent.2. TV would self-powered up and turned on even when TV was manually turned off earlier. I never was able to establish its interval as it seemed random.3. When playing music with heavier bass, there was a bit of buzzing at the back of TV. Not so loud, but noisy enough to notice.I worked with TCL tech support, but we were not able to resolve the issue, even trying to alter various options, factory-resetting. Eventually, TCL support recommended returning and exchanging a new TV. It was reassuring that TCL support confirmed my reported issues were not common issues for this latest model.I initiated Amazon return and schedule pick up. The challenge was disassembling it and packing it. Fortunately, I kept all original packaging materials when the TV was first delivered.The second 75QM7K is awesome. None of problems I reported showed up. Both audio and video quality are top-notch. I own a LG OLED 65", and I found this TCL TV is quite enjoyable. Google TV works great. It is very well integrated with various streaming apps. TCL TV is a great app that offers free local and national channels. I wish it includes more local news channel, but it only include News9 for Denver, CO region.I mounted this TV with Perlegear Ultra Slim TV Wall Mount. This TV places all its inputs and power on its sides to allow easy access and TV to be placed flatly against wall. With that said, its VESA placement actually resulted in top of TV to lean forward rather flush against wall. For me, it works as I mounted the TV ~6-7 feet above floor.All and all, I really love 75QM7K. It comes with latest technology, great in-TV sound, Google TV, TCL TV+. It is a great value without sacrificing quality.

Bought the 85 inch and packaging was thorough and secure. You will need someone to help set it up. Has very deep blacks and good picture quality after setting it up. Menu is easy to understand and sound quality is pretty clear, but it won't recognize media from a USB thumb drive. Overall good purchase.

So disappointed with this TV. It would randomly turn itself on at all hours of the day and night. It did not matter if we were in the same room or elsewhere. additionally, when I would turn the TV on with the remote control, it would turn on then immediately turn off the turn back on. We requested a return through Amazon, TV was picked up by them, and we have not heard a peep out of them on a refund!

So, first when the TV arrived, it was not this model. I got the older q series model. I reached out and had them send me the correct TV. When this one actually arrived, I had a buddy help me hang it. It looks great on my wall. My wife was not as happy about the size of it as I am, she didn't know what size I bought when I had. The quality of the picture is great and really bright. I currently use the smart features in the TV rather than an external device such as fire stick, apple tv etc.

Screen started to fail after a few days. I have a 2020 TCL 6 series TV that is still going strong after 5 years, so I was hopeful that I would like this newer version with the 120hz for gaming. The older model uses the Roku operating system which is simple to use but missing parental controls and profiles. This new tv uses Google TV operating system, which is great fro parental controls, being able to pick and choose specific ap by profile. Other than that, the operating system is too complicated and there are contradicting settings for things like auto brightness, dynamic brightness, eco brightness modes etc. I turned off all of these settings and I was still having issues with the screen randomly dimming and getting very dark. Then a couple days later it started showing bands in the colors and was flickering. Resetting the os to factory defaults did nothing. Unfortunately, the screen failed after a few days.I’m tempted to replace it with the same model tv, but I’m worried it won’t last, so I’m going to try another brand.
