directions are in the box. The product is weight sensitive and there is a chart.

Pills came half broken in powder and the other half came deteriorated tablets. Seal was also broken giving red flags as well

I looked up the company. It’s legitimate. I ordered the 6mg pills and it came in a container with a different label listing the ingredients. I think because it’s sold as a supplement it needs to be that way. So far I’m happy. It is what you think it is

Excellent product but very pricey.
