Unhappy Customer

This is a terriable product, terriable warranty, terriable customer support, terriable everything! Got six months out of mine and then nothing. Customer support pretty much said oh well!!! Please DO NOT waste your hard earned money on the piece of crap.

The function is okay however, every 1 year the DVR is broken. This is my 2nd one for the past 2 years and that's it for me.

Overall-Happy Purchase

Purchased to replace the original one that came with 8 cameras about 4years ago. Was relatively easy to setup because it was a replacement and I just put the cords from one box to another. Learned a lot about the configuration when I set this one up but I was happy to be able to use my cameras again without having to purchase an upgraded set and then pay for installation again.
