These are decent tasting chews, as they really aren’t gummies. They are pineapple flavored but they are orange in color with a slightly sweet taste, and are keto and diabetic friendly so you don’t have to worry about sticking to your diet. My wife can’t tell a difference when taking it, and I’ve tried them because there’s nothing really in it that would prevent consumption. Based on taste and convenience alone, we give it 4 stars. We can’t talk about any health benefits or how it’s claims are effective or not because you can’t really tell if there is a difference when you take it.
