Bought this for my new home and absolutely love it. Very modern and sleek, love the lack of branding or markings. Looks nice on my kitchen sink and works well. Super easy to use, the top comes off entirely making it easy to fill with your favorite soap and then once its charged you just turn it on. I have had it about 3 weeks and it is still working off of the original charge.Will be purchasing once for each bathroom once the renovations are done. It will match any black accessories you have since it has no markings on it.

The media could not be loaded. I got this as I wanted a way to dispense soap hands free for when I am cooking things like meat and I don't want to containment a pump bottle.I did run into a problem with my first soap dispenser where the soap I used in it gelled up even when watered down like the instructions say and clogged the unit.So I recommend letting the soap sit awhile after mixing and putting in the unit to make sure your soap doesn't do the same.The manufacturer sent out a replacement which has been working great with a different soap in it.I have the foaming kind of dispenser and as long as you have the soap mixed right the foam works great to instantly work up a lather on top of using less overall soap to do the same cleaning.I'll probably end up getting some more dispensers soon for my bathrooms as again the no contact with the bottle is nice.The unit itself seems durable, probably ABS. And of a decent weight. Doesn't feel cheap or anything of that.I am assuming based on it's construction it probably has an 18650 Lithium battery inside it that should probably last 'forever' between charges.Also the dispenser comes with some stickers to label what is in the bottle from body wash to dish soap which is pretty nice bonus!It's pretty well sealed too it seems which should make cleaning easy to do with a quick rinse and wipe.Overall I am satisfied.

UPDATE: they reached out to me and offered to replace my item free of charge. They sent me one and I didn’t need to return my broken one either. They were so nice and helpful! Customer service 10/10!Mine doesn’t hold a charge! It only stays charged for a few hours. I got this dispenser because I was redecorating my bathroom. It took some time to do this so I am unfortunately out of the return time frame. I’ve had it for about 4 days and it has died 3 times.

This soap dispenser is aesthetically everything I dreamed of—minimalist, chic, and the kind of thing that says, “Yes, I have my life together,” even if I’m spiraling over the fact that I’ve washed my hands 37 times before noon.First, the stickers. I was ready to hate them. I rolled my eyes when I saw them in the box like, “Cute, I guess… if you’re labeling your locker in 7th grade.” But plot twist—they’re adorable. Tasteful design, super handy, and now I’ve slapped them on all of the ones I bought like I’m running a tiny soap factory.Now for the cons:1. The soap basin is tiny. Like, blink-and-it’s-over tiny. You can’t fill it all the way or even mostly, because if you dare to be ambitious, it overflows like a toddler at a soda fountain and suddenly you’re wiping soap off your counter like a lunatic.2. And even on the lowest setting, it dispenses enough soap to wash the hands of a small village. As someone who is super OCD and deeply committed to the belief that it’s all about friction, not foam, I just need a polite little squirt, not a full-on deluge. Half the smallest setting would’ve been perfect.That said, the look is perfect, and let’s be honest—that was my top priority. Does it function perfectly? No. Does it look like it functions perfectly? Absolutely. And that’s basically the design version of winning.

I'm extremely happy with the 9 oz. touchless soap dispenser. The dispenser can be ordered for either gel or foam. It can be be used for dish soap, hand soap, body wash or shampoo. It has a modern look, feels high quality and is not too bulky. The 5 ½ inch tall dispenser works great and foams nicely. The dispenser Unit is easily charged and/or recharged and seems to hold the charge well. We bought it for our guest bathroom but will probably get another for the kitchen.Highly recommend…

My kid is only 4 years old so every time he need to get soap to wash his hand, it is hard for him to reach and pump the soap. Thanks to this, it save him a lot of efforts and very convenient. Love the nice shape and look very durable. The price is affordable.
