Super Healthy fat for cooking meat.
I love this product! This is beef fat. It's fairly solid, doesn't need refrigeration and very handy for frying up a steak. Beef tallow is old school. It's simply one of the healthiest fats for cooking because the body absorbs it and this won't harden your arteries like "seed oils". It cooks at fairly high temps before smoking. For cooking steaks in the 400 F band it's fine. At room temperature it's solid but melts quickly with a little heat.

As a skincare ingredient, tallow is incredibly nourishing. It mimics the skin’s natural oils and is rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K). It’s especially good for people with dry or sensitive skin and can be used in balms, salves, or as a standalone moisturizer. The texture is creamy and it absorbs well, although there can be a very faint “meaty” smell if not refined or blended with essential oils. I use this for soap making! ❤️

We love this Tallow stopped using seed oils and this is such a game changer for cooking I just wish it wasn't so expensive

I have never cooked with beef tallow before, but I keep getting it recommended to me by family and others. I don't know why I waited so long, as this stuff is AMAZING!I cook a lot, so I decided to go for the large container to save on costs. The quality is amazing. It adds such a flavor to food you will never get with oil or butter. It's got such a nice, beefy smell and flavor. It's so smooth and melts easily. It feels nice on skin, too! But that's not my usage.This container will last FOREVER if stored in the fridge.This is my new favorite cooking fat, and I will definitely get more when it runs out, which will take a long time given the amount!

THAT SMELL THOUGH...
The smell is awful... I'm sad because I see other reviews had no problem with it. I do like the texture and the fact it seems like it's whipped, but that doesn't help with the smell unfortunately.
