I didn't think I liked Frankincense until I tried this! The stuff I got last year from another vendor had a more acrid medicine smell to it, and one of my friends even complained it gave her a headache. It also had a consistency like rough but uniformly sized gravel, suggesting some kind of processing, whereas this has natural resin drops of a variety of sizes and shows no sign of processing beyond hand-picked quality and purity. I'm a big fan of Myrrh, and I'm glad I decided to try the more expensive green Frankincense before giving up on it, and Wow! What a difference. This is the real-deal. From now on, it's only the green Hojari for me. This burns a bit slower than the myrrh, but it gives off a very pleasing scent, nicely complementing the myrrh instead of drowning it out. Very nice. I bought a pound, and I received mine in two very good quality cloth drawstring bags, kind of a copper colored burlap. I'm very pleased with my order.

I’ve used Frankincense in the past that was pretty pleasant smelling. They were solid and off white. These, are on a completely different scale. Classic Frankincense scent but much more ‘rich’. The saplings are nice and soft. I wasn’t aware that it was advisable to consume before reading the wonderful and elaborate packaging containing all the information regarding it’s source and recommendations of various uses. I had a bit of allergic reaction to it, consuming maybe .3 of a gram sublingually as well as soaking it in a bottle of water overnight. (I felt nauseated) I’ll stick to my original purpose with this gift. I’de say it’s worth the money. Use Sparingly.

Very pure, high quality form of frankincense resin with otherworldly aroma. Very noticeable difference between this and lower quality forms. Purchasing this high grade/quality is definitely worth the extra expense in my opinion.

This is the BEST Frankincense that I've tasted. It has a great texture for chewing, like gum. Other brands tasted nasty, were waxy and stuck to my teeth. Great Product!
